Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy covers Digital Apache's website, business services, lead-management systems, messaging integrations, and authorised client campaigns. It updates the policy effective from 28 August 2026.

Information we receive

If you use our enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. If you contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share through that channel. Our website providers may also process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a conversation, and manage related business correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Career applications

If you apply through our Careers form, we receive your name, email, resume, and any optional phone, location, desired-role, and experience details you provide. Our recruitment automation forwards applications to our existing career Gmail inbox for authorised staff to review and contact applicants. Application details and resumes are used for recruitment, not advertising lead events. The retention, safeguards, and access, correction, and deletion choices described in this policy also apply to recruitment records.

Lead forms, Meta platforms and WhatsApp services

When you submit an enquiry through a Meta lead form, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or a campaign managed for one of our clients, we may receive your name, contact details, location, project preference, message, and other information you provide. Depending on the agreed service, we may also receive relevant business, service, social-profile, transaction, and campaign-performance records. We use this information to respond, provide requested services, assign enquiries to authorised team members, arrange follow-ups, and measure campaign performance. This is separate from optional website tracking.

Where Digital Apache acts as a service provider for a client, the client controls its customer relationship and we process information only to deliver agreed marketing, automation, CRM, messaging, and support services. WhatsApp communications may include service replies, follow-ups, and approved templates, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. To stop future WhatsApp promotional messages, reply STOP or ask the relevant agent to opt you out.

Services involved

Our website host processes site requests. Enquiry forms pass through our automation service and are delivered to our business email inbox. If you choose WhatsApp, email, or phone, those services handle the communication. Website enquiries are not currently sent to a CRM.

Separate client services may use authorised Meta and WhatsApp integrations, CRM systems, automation tools, shared support inboxes, hosting, email, analytics, and other vendors needed for the agreed service. Access is limited to authorised personnel and providers with a legitimate business need. We do not buy, sell, or trade personal information. We may share it with authorised providers, where required by government or legal orders, or in a business or website transfer subject to applicable safeguards. Platforms also handle information under their own policies.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, contracted services, legitimate business records, resolving disputes, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure. You may decline optional cookies and ask for access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, or deletion.

User data deletion requests

Email dilip@digitalapache.com with your name, the contact details used in the enquiry, the relevant client or campaign if known, and a clear description of your request. Do not send passwords, OTPs, or unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for limited verification to locate the records and confirm the request. Where a client controls the record, we may coordinate with that client.

After verification, we delete or anonymise eligible information from systems under our control and notify relevant service providers where appropriate. Backups follow applicable retention cycles. Information needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, legitimate business records, or documenting an honoured opt-out may be retained and restricted from normal use. Deletion by Digital Apache does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, Google, or another platform; use their privacy controls as needed. General privacy enquiries can also be sent to info@digitalapache.com.

Website measurement

Optional Google Ads and Meta Pixel measurement is available on this version of the website, but remains off until you select Accept optional. When enabled and accepted, these services measure page visits and successfully accepted contact enquiries to understand advertising performance. They may process browser and device information, visited URLs, IP addresses, and cookie identifiers, and may associate activity with their own advertising services. We do not include your name, email, phone number, or message in measurement events, or use enquiry details for enhanced conversions or advanced matching. We remove non-advertising query parameters and URL fragments before sending events, retaining only recognised advertising click IDs. Career applications and direct visits to the thank-you page are not counted as contact enquiry conversions. We do not use Google AdSense.

When measurement is available, choose Essential only to decline it, or use Privacy preferences at the bottom of the page to change your choice. We save a versioned preference in your browser for this site origin. If we cannot save an acceptance, optional tracking stays off. If browser storage cannot save a refusal, we attempt to retain it using an essential, origin-specific refusal cookie. Withdrawing consent stops further site measurement events and attempts to delete known first-party Google and Meta measurement cookies, including _gcl_*, _fbp, and _fbc. The page reloads to discard loaded measurement code when the refusal can be retained. We cannot delete third-party or HttpOnly cookies or recall data already sent. Clearing browser storage may cause the consent choice to be requested again. Essential hosting and enquiry processing continue regardless of your marketing preference.

See Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy for how these providers handle information.

Changes

We may update this policy when the website or our enquiry process changes. The latest version will be available on this page.
